On The “road” from Dayton, OH our car failed us yesterday (11-15-19). We just made it to their location (10050 Mayhew Rd.) based on a referral we received when looking for help. Here come the baby-boomers. Bored, critical, but too lazy to do it ourselves (or our wives don't want us driving up on those ramps anymore). Never-the-less, I'm picky about my vehicles. I've given quite a few shops the opportunity to get it right (or at least very close to it). Well, I believe I've found what I'm looking for there at Williams on Mayhew Rd. I've been in for two changes (each vehicle), and haven't been this pleased for quite some time. Keep it up! Thank-you!

Have used them twice. Both times great friendly service, and work done on time and very happy with prices too. I have and will continue to refer people to them knowing that they won't be disappointed either!

Place is clean, Staff is courteous. Called to let me know what was happening with my vehicle and asked me what I wanted to do prior to doing it. I trust that they do not recommend any extras that are not needed and only fix what is wrong. Family owned business that is honest and hard working.

I have been taking my vehicles to Williams Service Center for over two decades because I know they will get to the bottom of the problem and fix it. I also appreciate the fact that they treat me with respect. Before I started going to William's, going to many local repair shops in the Fort Wayne area as a female automobile owner was an adventure. I know enough about my vehicles to recognize a line of bull. At William's I have never had to walk out for a second opinion because they give the honest truth to you every time no matter what your gender is.
